Alysia Garmulewicz is the Founder and Co-CEO of Materiom, a role held since June 2018, and serves as an Associate Professor at Universidad de Santiago de Chile, where Alysia specializes in circular economy. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (D.Phil.) in Management Research from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (2011-2015), a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Geography and the Environment from the University of Oxford (2009-2011), and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Directed Interdisciplinary Studies from Carleton University (2005-2009).
