Rainer Frisbie is an experienced Engineering Technician IV at Materials Testing Consultants since April 2005, specializing in on-site verification and documentation of construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications. Rainer also contributes to the professional development of the organization by teaching and certifying new technicians. Prior experience includes serving as a Transportation Management Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1992 to 1994. Rainer holds an Associate of Science in Pre-Engineering and an Associate in General Sciences, both from Kellogg Community College, as well as further education from Grand Rapids Community College.
