Toni Martinovski has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing. From 2014 until present, they have served as the Director of Operations at Materials Processing, Inc. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they were the Director of Manufacturing at Basco Shower Enclosures, where they played a key role in executive leadership meetings and managing multiple business units. Toni also conducted statistical analyses on customer service and sales data to optimize staffing and evaluate marketing initiatives.

Toni Martinovski has a Masters degree in Hazardous Waste Management from Wayne State University (2001-2003). In 1994-2001, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university. Toni also completed various courses in Effective Communications and Human Relations, as well as Skills for Success, at Dale Carnegie in 2013. Toni further enhanced their skills with Leadership Training for Managers at Dale Carnegie Training in 2017.
