Ronja Wiederhoeft's work experience includes various roles in employer branding, talent acquisition, and HR program management. Ronja is currently the Employer Branding Project Lead at Materialise, where they develop and executes strategies to attract and retain diverse talent. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Materialise. Ronja has also worked as a Talent Associate at Eximium, a company that helps startups and scaleups grow through coaching and recruitment. Additionally, they were a Change Management | HR Consultant Intern at Proximus, where they worked on optimizing performance and change management in the HR department.
Ronja Wiederhoeft completed their Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Studies with specializations in Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Aachen University of Applied Sciences - FH Aachen from 2015 to 2019. Ronja then pursued a Master's degree in General Management at Vlerick Business School from 2019 to 2020. In the same year, they also completed a Master Program in European Human Resource Management with a focus on HR Management at Vlerick Business School. In 2018, Ronja spent a semester abroad at Southeast Missouri State University, where they studied Business Studies. Additionally, they obtained several certifications such as Getting Things Done from LinkedIn and Project Management from the Project Management Institute. Ronja also achieved the Nederlands B1 certification from Centrum voor Levende Talen, Leuven/CLT language center. In 2020, Ronja participated in the L'Oréal Marketing Brandstorm Challenge and reached the Vlerick Finals.
