Laure Monard currently serves as the Internal Communications Manager at Materialise, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this, Laure worked at Delhaize Belgium from April 2014 to December 2021, where the role evolved from Internal Communication Coordinator to Internal Communication Specialist & Teamleader, ultimately leading to the position of Internal Communication Manager. Responsibilities included developing internal communication strategies, managing B2B communications, and overseeing editorial and translation teams. Earlier experience includes a role as a communication advisor at Zenito focusing on CSR, internal communication, and change management, as well as a PR Trainee position at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Laure holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Organizational Communication and another in Contemporary History from Université catholique de Louvain, along with a degree in Sciences & Languages from Heilig Hartinstituut Heverlee.
