Tara Klemash is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications at Material since October 2023. Tara has been a founding member of The Outlier Project since March 2021, contributing to innovative initiatives. Following a company downsizing at Active Career Break in late 2022, Tara remained professionally active by volunteering in nonprofit organizations, providing FP&A leadership services and support for mergers. Prior to these roles, Tara held the position of Senior Director of Corporate Systems at WeWork from August 2019 to December 2022 and served as Chief Technology Officer at Parmetech from 2006 to August 2019. Tara holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and has enhanced education through Harvard Business School Online.
