Saachi Kuthari is a dedicated individual with diverse experience in research and innovation. As a SciTech Intern at the Material Innovation Initiative from June 2021 to August 2023, Saachi conducted extensive research on fermentation methods and recombinant protein technologies, contributing to the development of alternative materials and honing leadership skills. Additionally, Saachi interned at the Zhang Lab at NJIT, leading a project on air and water disinfection technology and assisting in research on lithium batteries. A summer internship with Angel Chang Fashion Company entailed developing social media content and participating in strategic business meetings. Saachi is currently pursuing education at Columbia Engineering, having previously completed studies at Millburn High School.
