Devon Fanfair is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government relations, talent acquisition, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Government Relations Manager at Material since January 2024, Devon specializes in scaling hybrid manufacturing technology for energy storage systems. As Co-Managing Partner at Devland since December 2016, Devon leverages engineering expertise and emotional intelligence to support underestimated founders through nationwide EIR programs. Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition and Experience at Tradeblock, Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Plug, and Advisor at Unconventional Subsurface Integration LLC. Devon has also held positions at PROS, Hess Corporation, TEC Group International, Richard, Wayne & Roberts, and Baker Hughes. A graduate of Rice University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Devon combines technical knowledge with a strong focus on sustainable growth and community empowerment.
