Christophe Barre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate affairs, strategy, and public policy. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at clikOdoc since August 2020 and as a Strategy & Lobbying Consultant for startups at Cobalt Stratégie, Barre specializes in helping startups develop expansion strategies and build networks within the Corporate and Tech ecosystems. Barre also contributes as a lecturer on The Global Tech Ecosystem at Paris-Dauphine and holds multiple investor roles at Unistellar, Cowboy, and Matera. Previously, Barre served as Public Affairs Manager at SOITEC, leading advocacy efforts on policy issues globally. With a strong background in tech counseling during tenures at the French Treasury, Barre has actively managed relationships across various sectors, promoting the French tech ecosystem internationally. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Public Affairs from Sciences Po and master's and bachelor's degrees from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
