Myles Lindsey is an experienced operations engineer currently employed at Matador Resources Company since May 2022. Prior to this role, Myles held various positions at Amazon, managing teams of up to 130 associates and overseeing productivity plans. Myles has a strong background in drilling operations, having worked as a drilling operations engineer at Laredo Energy and as a workover supervisor at Iskandia Energy, where Myles focused on enhancing production in the Permian Basin. Other roles include drilling supervisor and engineering tech positions at Gastar Exploration, where responsibilities included managing multi-rig operations and reporting. Myles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma and an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Engineering from Oklahoma City Community College.
