Sumi Chaudhry is an experienced banking professional with a focus on customer service and project management. Currently serving as a Banking Specialist at Masthaven Bank since July 2018, Sumi previously held the role of Personal Banking Manager at Nationwide Building Society from November 2011 to July 2017. Sumi possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Westminster and has enhanced expertise in project management through certifications including Prince2 and Scrum Master from Axelos and ScrumXpert, respectively. Additionally, Sumi completed a course at HarvardX in 2021, furthering knowledge in the field.
