Francine Tucker is an experienced educator and administrator with a solid background in teaching and school leadership. Currently serving as the 4th Grade Lead ELA Teacher at KIPP New Orleans since July 2022, Tucker previously held positions at Deep Roots Charter School, where responsibilities included being a 4th Grade ELA Teacher and Founding Assistant Dean, supporting a restorative justice model for student discipline and fostering parent communication. Tucker's career also includes extensive administrative roles at the University of Pennsylvania, where duties ranged from managing financial reports to coordinating seminars and supporting research faculty. Tucker holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Leadership from Geneva College, along with an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Community College of Philadelphia.
