Gissell Espinoza has a diverse work experience that includes roles in marketing, media buying, social media management, and sales. Starting as a Youth Docent at No Longer Empty in 2015, they later interned at various museums before becoming an Editorial Assistant Intern at Highsnobiety in 2018. Gissell then worked as a Parttime Sales Associate at Anthropologie before moving on to a Marketing Associate role at Central Park North Orthodontics in 2020. In 2021, they became a Social Media Manager at Dormeleven and transitioned to roles at Masterworks, starting as an Investment Membership Coordinator and progressing to a Senior Media Buyer, Team Lead position in 2023.

Gissell Espinoza graduated from Manhattan/Hunter Science High School in 2017 with a High School Diploma. Gissell then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Advertising/Marketing Communications at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2021. In 2017, they also briefly studied Graphic Design at Parsons School of Design - The New School. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google AdSense.
