Joe Chapman has extensive experience in operations and production management within the cooling tower industry. Since October 2017, Joe has served as the Operations Manager for Cooling Tower Composites at MasterTech Services, Inc. Prior to this role, from July 1992 to October 2017, Joe held the position of Fiberglass Production Manager at Midwest Cooling Towers. Joe's educational background includes studies at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and graduation from Dibble High School.
