Karen Jewell has a diverse background in retail management and operations, currently serving as State Coordinator and Regional Merchandising Manager at Masterpiece Flower Company since February 2017, where responsibilities encompass hiring, training, quality control, and merchandising across multiple floral departments and garden centers in Ohio and Michigan, along with accountability for sales performance. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Store Manager at Go! Calendars, Games & Toys for a brief period in 2016, successfully managing all aspects of a seasonal store. Earlier experience includes a significant role at Sam's Club from November 1989 to September 1993, where responsibilities involved the hiring and training of a large workforce for new store openings.
