Jack Waaijer has extensive experience in the field of commercial advisory roles, particularly in vastgoedonderhoud, with a tenure at Mastermate starting in July 1998, where responsibilities included serving as Commercieel adviseur, Voorzitter of the Personeelsvereniging, and Voorzitter of the Ondernemingsraad. The Ondernemingsraad seeks to contribute to decision-making within Mastermate VBT, balancing employee and organizational interests through constructive dialogue. Prior to Mastermate, Jack Waaijer worked at Westplant from 1979 to 1989 in a sales role that involved the selling, installation, and maintenance of interior landscaping and decoration services. Jack Waaijer holds multiple educational qualifications, including Algemene Bouwtechniek and Management Verdiepingstraject, as well as advanced certifications in Microsoft Excel and Word, alongside a Middenstandsdiploma and specialization in Hang en Sluitwerk from R.M.T.S.
