Nicola Zamora has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Nicola is currently working at MasterControl as the Vice President of Customer Success Management since June 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience Development from November 2019 to June 2020.

Before joining MasterControl, Nicola worked at Goldman Sachs in various roles. From May 2018 to July 2019, they were the Vice President of Senior Strategic Implementation Manager. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Global Operations Risk Manager from January 2017 to May 2018. Nicola also held positions such as Vice President of Strategic Implementation Manager from June 2014 to May 2018, and Associate of Private Wealth Project Manager from February 2012 to June 2014.

Nicola's professional journey began in 2011 as a Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Corporate Alliance Intern at Make-A-Wish International in 2010 and as an Advancement Intern at Accion New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Texas in the same year. Nicola started their career as an Enrollment Counselor at Walden University and worked there from November 2007 to June 2009.

Nicola Zamora earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Ohio University, where they attended from 2004 to 2007. Nicola later pursued their MBA, specializing in MA International Affairs and Management, at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
