Melissa Kupiec has a diverse work experience in the field of research and consumer insights. Melissa most recently worked at MasterClass, starting in October 2022, in the role of Senior Director, Insights. Prior to that, they held the position of Director, Insights at MasterClass, starting in October 2020.
Before joining MasterClass, Melissa worked at Tastemade for four years. Their roles at Tastemade included Director, Business Intelligence & Strategy from April 2019 to October 2020, Director, Research and Consumer Insights from March 2017 to April 2019, and Manager, Research and Consumer Insights from June 2016 to February 2017.
Melissa also gained experience at Carat USA as Supervisor, Research and Consumer Insights from January 2016 to May 2016 and as an Associate, Research and Consumer Insights from October 2014 to December 2015.
At Fanscape/The Marketing Arm, Melissa worked as an Analyst from October 2013 to October 2014, and at Tennis Channel, they served as a Research Analyst from January 2012 to October 2013.
Melissa Kupiec completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Michigan, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they also briefly studied at the Universidad de Pablo Olavide, earning credits towards their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Psychology.
