Prior to Mastercard, Randall was the Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Darden and the Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. Early in their career, Randall gained experience as a Sales Manager and Project Manager for Employment Branding at Marriott International.
