Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management for the Middle East and Africa at Mastercard, Mary has previously held the position of Director of Talent Development in Europe. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Talent & Executive Management Development and Learning & Development Consultant at Domestic & General, as well as Talent Manager positions at Pearson and Barclays. Mary began their career in Learning & Leadership Development with Bank of America. Mary Ting holds a degree from the University of Melbourne.
