Jensen Kirmer is an experienced professional in technical program management and archival practices, currently serving as the Director of Technical Program Management at Mastercard since April 2016. In this role, Jensen functions as the Release Train Engineer for the Dispute Lifecycle Program, overseeing 30 feature teams across two product trains and managing various aspects of project planning and communication. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Internal IT Audit at Mastercard, Senior Software Engineer, and Database Engineer, showcasing a strong foundation in IT and software development. Previous positions in archival and records administration include work at Washington University in St. Louis and various institutions where Jensen gained expertise in digital initiatives, collection processing, and archival research. Educational qualifications include a BA in Anthropology from The University of Kansas and a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
