Jayme Erxleben currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Mastercard, a position held since July 2024. Prior experience includes nearly a decade at Accenture, where roles ranged from Strategic Program Manager and Human Resources Business Partner to Recruiting Manager, among others. Earlier career experience includes serving as a fencing coach at Westport YMCA from September 2010 to June 2013. Jayme holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Sacred Heart University (2013-2014) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution (2009-2013).
