Lemaiyan Joram currently serves in Strategic Programs & Innovation at Mastercard Foundation since October 2024. Prior to this role, Lemaiyan worked as a Software Developer at E&M Technology House Ltd, where software was developed for farmers using Java, MySQL, and Spring Boot. In the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Equity Bank Limited, Lemaiyan conducted extensive baseline assessments and M&E surveys, significantly contributing to customer relationship growth. Earlier experience includes serving as an Agriculture Field Officer with the Narok County Government, where agronomic guidance was provided to farmers, and as an Evaluation Specialist with Welthungerhilfe, focusing on data collection accuracy. Lemaiyan began a career in agriculture as a Farm Supervisor at Manyatta Farm, managing both crop and livestock operations. Academic qualifications include a degree in Agricultural Economics and Resources Management from Moi University, completed in 2022.
