Ezechimere Ugoalah currently serves as the Lead of Strategic Delivery for Pan African Programs at Mastercard Foundation, overseeing the establishment and management of a project management office for complex Pan-African initiatives, including collaborations with the African Union and other institutions. Prior to this role, Ezechimere worked as a Strategy Manager at Dangote Industries Limited, focusing on strategy development and due diligence for significant investments. Ezechimere's earlier experience includes roles in revenue management, customer experience, and project management at Jumia Nigeria, as well as a consulting position at McKinsey & Company. Ezechimere holds an MSc in Financial Management from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos.
