Heba Alshami is a QA Engineer at Master Team since November 2022, bringing expertise in quality assurance to the role. Prior to this, Heba served as an HR Administrative Assistant at Passion for Research & Development from October 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included serving as a point of contact between employees and various stakeholders, managing clerical duties, and optimizing office processes. Heba's earlier experience includes working as an Operations Officer at Laith Press from June 2017 to May 2018, responsible for overseeing ongoing business operations. Heba graduated from Tafilah Technical University in 2017.
