Jon Willoughby is an experienced professional in security operations and training, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Training for the Government Services Division at Master Security since October 2019. Prior to this role, Jon worked as a Training Instructor at The Training Point from September 2018 to October 2019, specializing in firearms, active shooter response, defensive tactics, and legal studies. From June 2014 to October 2018, Jon held the position of Training Manager at Alutiiq, LLC, where responsibilities included managing training programs and instructing courses in firearms, defensive tactics, Taser use, and active shooter scenarios.
