Lyndon Baines is an experienced finance and operations professional currently serving as the Regional Controller for Master since March 2021. In addition, Lyndon has been the President of It's Your Business, a consulting firm focused on assisting small to medium-sized businesses with accounting software changes and technology integration since January 2016. Lyndon's previous role as Controller at Soper's Supply Ltd from March 2006 to March 2023 involved diverse responsibilities including accounting, customer relations, foreign exchange transactions, IT integration, and human resources management. Prior to that, Lyndon was the General Manager at Flying J - Canada, overseeing all operations of the Travel Plaza. Lyndon holds a Project Leadership Certificate and multiple credentials from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and the Canadian Payroll Association.
