Nicolas Delauche is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and business development across diverse sectors. Currently serving as the City Manager for Nice at Masteos since May 2022, Nicolas focuses on reinventing the rental investment experience through digital solutions and high-level support for private buyers. Prior to this, Nicolas held significant positions including City Manager at Liberkeys, where responsibilities involved enhancing real estate transaction efficiency, and General Manager at Gaya cachaça and Boteco, overseeing brand strategy and market launch efforts. Earlier career achievements include roles at Carrefour, where Nicolas managed large-scale retail operations and implemented innovative commercial strategies, along with experience in business analysis and development at Emerging Asia Group and Aneo. Nicolas holds a Master in Management with a specialization in Strategy and Organization Consultancy from EDHEC Business School.
