Deepti Arora has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Deepti is currently serving as the Vice President - People Partners ASIA Business at Mastek since April 2022. Prior to this, they held roles as the Director - HR at Evosys from December 2020 to March 2022, and as the HR Head from April 2012 to December 2020. Before joining Evosys, they worked as the Manager - HR & Admin. at Archon Engicon Pvt Ltd from June 2009 to September 2010. Deepti also worked as part of the HR team at eInfochips Ltd. from November 2004 to June 2009, and as a Sr. Officer at Samsung India Electronics Ltd. from March 2001 to June 2004.

Deepti Arora holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Annamalai University. Deepti also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development from All India Management Association, New Delhi. In addition, Deepti holds a Diploma in Training & Development from the Indian Society of Training & Development.
