Kavya Sethuraman is an experienced project manager and scrum master, currently serving at Mastech Digital since October 2023. Previous roles include scrum master at Direction Software LLP from January 2021 to September 2023, and project manager at Niyati Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from September 2018 to January 2021. Kavya also held the position of executive officer at Ullas Trust between July 2017 and August 2018 and completed an internship in media and communications at PETA in mid-2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in History from Women's Christian College, India, completed in 2017, following foundational education at Ashram Group of Institutions from 1999 to 2014.
