Thembekile Gwala is an experienced professional in network operations and management, currently serving as the Network Operations Shift Manager at MAST since May 2024. Prior to this role, Thembekile held the position of NOC and QA OTT Manager at Econet Global from April 2017 to May 2024, overseeing the NOC and QA operations for the Kwesé app and ensuring seamless streaming services.
