Andrew Kang is a partner at Massumi + Consoli since February 2021, previously serving as an associate. Admitted to practice law in Illinois, Andrew has not yet been admitted to the California bar. Prior experience includes an associate role at Kirkland & Ellis from September 2017 to January 2021, where Andrew represented private equity sponsors and various clients in complex transactions and corporate governance matters. Additional experience includes a summer internship at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 2015, a legal assistant position at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2010 to 2013, and a consulting internship at Weber Shandwick in 2009. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.
