Anders Haugen is a maritime professional with extensive experience in navigational operations and leadership roles. Currently serving as Kaptein and navigational operator at Massterly since April 2022, Anders previously worked as 1. Styrmann at Buksér og Berging AS from May 2019 to April 2022. Anders's educational background includes a degree in Dekksoffiser from Fagskolen i Kristiansand, completed between 2017 and 2019, along with early experience at Oslo Convention Center as Skipsfører OLE III in the summer of 2018 and as a Matroslærling with Color Line from August 2015 to August 2017.
