Kate Ciriello, MBA, currently serves as the Lead of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at MassMutual, where responsibilities include shaping the strategy for eight Business Resource Groups and collaborating with the Chief Diversity Officer on the company's diversity initiatives. With a career spanning from 2006 at MassMutual to earlier positions in several educational and financial institutions, Ciriello has managed diverse projects such as the implementation of an enterprise legal management platform and delivered enterprise-wide diversity education programs. Ciriello holds an MBA in Finance and Global Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in English Literature from Colby College.
