Ernie Friend is an experienced Enterprise Architect currently with MassMutual since April 2023, focusing on IT architecture strategies and the implementation of data-driven solutions. Prior to this, Ernie held the position of Enterprise Architect at The Hanover Insurance Group, where technology direction was provided to support business strategies. Experience as a Senior Solutions Architect at Harvard Business Publishing involved collaborating with executives to guide architectural solutions.
