Susan O'Kane is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as a Financial Planning Analyst at Massive Entertainment - A Ubisoft Studio since April 2024, Susan is responsible for developing and maintaining financial forecasts for game projects and studio overhead costs. Prior to this role, Susan excelled as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Input Output (IOHK), where Susan implemented complex accounting structures, produced data-driven dashboards, and facilitated budget preparation across multiple business areas.
