Carlota Marcos is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Lecturer for the Máster en dirección de Recursos Humanos y Desarrollo Organizacional at CEU Educational Group since March 2024. With a tenure at Massimo Dutti beginning in November 2016 as Senior HR Manager, Carlota leads HR strategy and talent acquisition for over 500 employees, along with notable roles including Senior International HR Manager overseeing 3,000 employees across regions such as China, Europe, and MENA, and Regional HRBP managing employee relations for 19 stores.
