Whitney Busick is an experienced apparel design professional currently serving as the Apparel Design Manager at Massif® since May 2023. Previously, Whitney held positions at adidas as a Technical Designer from July 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included creating tech packs for licensed NCAA and NHL apparel. Prior to adidas, Whitney worked at Columbia Sportswear Company from March 2010 to July 2018, advancing from Associate Designer II to Apparel Designer II, focusing on technical apparel across various categories. Additional design experience includes roles at Congregation Neveh Shalom as a Contract Graphic Designer and at Columbia Sportswear in various capacities, including a Women's Design Temp and Men's Titanium Associate Designer. Whitney's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design from The Art Institutes, completed in 2006.
