Seth Applebaum is a seasoned product and innovation consultant with extensive experience in product management and mentoring within the startup ecosystem. Currently serving as a Product & Innovation Consultant at Applebaum Collaborative and a Product Manager at Studio, Seth also contributes as a Mentor for MassChallenge, guiding startup pitches in the accelerator program. Prior roles include Product Manager and Venture Strategist at Loeb.nyc, Associate Product Manager, and Design Coach at Northwestern University. Seth has worked as an Innovation Fellow at The LaunchPad at UT Austin, facilitating entrepreneurial skills development, and has gained valuable insights through internships at EDGE10 Group, co:collective, and Quake Capital Partners.
