Paul Tumolo is an accomplished professional in the fields of education and project management with extensive experience across various institutions. Currently serving as the Director of Programs at MassBioEd Foundation, Paul is dedicated to fostering a sustainable life sciences workforce through innovative educational initiatives. As an Adjunct Professor at Harvard Extension School, Paul teaches multiple courses in Operations and Project Management, developing all course content independently. Additionally, Paul is the Founder and Managing Director of Edusult Business Transformation, specializing in change management consulting. Previous leadership roles include Managing Director of Project Management Office at Harvard Medical School and Director of New Initiative Development at The Boston Consortium of Higher Education, where Paul drove strategic projects and change management initiatives.
