Jacob Vadeboncoeur is a Digital Systems Quality Assurance Engineer at the Massachusetts State Lottery since February 2023, with prior experience as a Valet Manager at Seastreak from May 2017 to August 2023. Jacob held the role of Project Consultant and Event Staff at Renewal by Andersen in early 2021. An intern at Massachusetts General Hospital in early 2019, responsibilities included updating emergency management plans, drafting After Action Reports, and assisting with a Full Scale HazMat exercise. Earlier, Jacob completed a summer internship at the Massachusetts State Lottery, focusing on front desk work and customer transactions, and worked as an intern at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Department of Public Safety, reviewing and updating Emergency Management and Business Continuity Plans. Jacob is pursuing a Master of Computer Applications in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
