Baumann has a diverse background in sustainability and environmental research, with experience in organizations such as MHP, New Ecology, Inc., and USDA. Baumann holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an Ecology Concentration from Cornell University. Notably, Baumann currently serves as the Director of Sustainability and Climate Initiatives at MHP, providing leadership in climate-related housing initiatives.
