Rhys Webb is the Program Coordinator at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center. Prior to this, Webb interned at Green Energy Consumers Alliance from September 2019 to March 2020. Webb's responsibilities at Green Energy Consumers Alliance included conducting research, writing blog posts, and helping develop marketing materials. Webb is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied Environmental Science and Policy.

Rhys Webb completed a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies at Colgate University.

Their manager is Galen Nelson, Chief Program Officer. They work with Janel Granum - Senior Program Manager, Jeremy Belknap - Program Administrator, and Jade Lu - Program Manager.
