Luke Beato is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and analytics. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Lean Analytics at MBTA since July 2023, Luke previously held roles such as Director of Mobile Operations at SparkCharge and Senior Manager of Local Delivery Operations at Gopuff. A long tenure at Zipcar included various leadership positions, culminating as Director of Regional Field Operations. Earlier career experiences include supervisory roles at Legends Hospitality Management and Vail Resorts, as well as coordination work with the Democratic National Committee.
