Ian Westcott is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s Customer Technology Department, where responsibilities include managing and automating AWS and on-premise infrastructure. Prior to this role, Ian held senior positions as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Percolate Inc. and as a DevOps Engineer at The Barbarian Group, where Ian also served as Director of IT. Ian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in New Media from Emerson College and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Johnson & Wales University.
