Erika Fox-Benito is an experienced Recruitment Business Partner currently working with MBTA and Sevenstep, having previously held similar roles at National Grid and CVS Health. With a strong background in human resources, Erika has successfully managed full life-cycle recruitment processes at the Santa Barbara County Education Office, where oversight included sourcing and candidate development. Prior experiences include instructional roles focused on ESL education at institutions such as Santa Barbara City College and the English Language Center, complemented by administrative responsibilities as Campus Director for the Junior Summer Program at UCSB. Erika's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology: Outdoor Education from the University of New Hampshire and international study in Outdoor Leadership and Nature Tourism at La Trobe University.
