Diane Whitehead is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 15 years in recruiting, project management, and learning management systems. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Staffing at MBTA since April 2015, Diane possesses advanced knowledge across the recruiting cycle, with a strong track record in sourcing diverse talent, conducting interviews, and salary negotiations. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter at The Miriam Hospital, where Diane led the hiring process for clinical staff and received multiple Bravo Awards for outstanding customer service, as well as serving as HR Business Partner and Senior Recruiter at Home & Hospice Care of Rhode Island. Diane also has foundational experience as an HR Generalist and Recruiter at Liberty Mutual Insurance and as Sales Administration Supervisor at Copley Pharmaceutical, Inc. Diane holds an AS in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University and further education from Bryant College.
