Bill Pierce has extensive experience in security operations and information technology management, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Security Operations at MBTA since May 2017. Prior to this role, Bill worked at OnProcess Technology as a Senior Data Center Manager from June 2012 to May 2017, and at DLA Piper as a Systems Analyst and I.T. Support Supervisor from April 2003 to June 2012. Bill's educational background includes a Master of Science in CyberSecurity from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in 2020, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technologies with a concentration in IT Management from the same institution in 2018, and a Certificate in Computerized Accounting from the New England School of Accounting in 1993.
