Ariel Henriquez is a project coordinator on Mass Insight's School Improvement team. They come to Mass Insight with a decade of experience in nonprofit work, five of those as an elementary school Special Education teacher. They have a passion for social impact, DEI, and mobilizing healthy and efficient communication across cross-functional teams.
