Ammar Majid is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a diverse background in installation and commissioning of gas and steam turbines, as well as industrial mechanical systems. Currently serving as the Mechanical Maintenance Lead Engineer and Gas/Steam Turbine Mechanical Installation Lead Engineer at Mass Group Holding Ltd. since March 2020, Ammar leads the installation and commissioning of Gas Turbine frame 9FA0. 4 and Steam Turbine STF-D202. Previously, at GE Power, Ammar managed gas turbine erection activities as a Lead Engineer for Alstom GT13E2 models. Prior roles include Mechanical Engineer at Mass Group Holding Ltd. overseeing steel tank construction, Executive Engineer at Al-Andalus Co. focusing on fire alarm systems installation, and Mechanical Engineer at Misr elnoor Co. and Al-Rafedain Co. for dams construction, where responsibilities included supervising the erection of water systems and installation of mechanical equipment.
